Right of withdrawal
Cancellation policy (withdrawal policy)
If the contract has been concluded exclusively using one or more means of distance communication (letter, e-mail or web form), the customer, if he is a consumer, may withdraw from the concluded contract or the submitted contractual declaration within a period of 14 calendar days without giving reasons. In the case of letters, the date of the postal dispatch bill is decisive.
In the case of contracts for the provision of services, the withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded; it is sufficient if the declaration of withdrawal is sent within this period.
If the course has already started / the first lesson has expired, the consumer expressly agrees to waive the right of withdrawal. The right to withdraw within 14 days is then not applicable.

Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
